Cancellation Policy
1. Account Cancellation
You may cancel your Javoltan account at any time. To do so:
- Log into your account
- Go to Account Settings
- Select "Cancel Account"
- Follow the confirmation steps
2. Virtual Currency and Items
Upon account cancellation:
- All virtual currency will be forfeited
- Virtual items and achievements will be lost
- Account history will be archived
- No refunds will be issued for virtual purchases
3. Event Registrations
For virtual event cancellations:
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the event
- Automatic refund of any virtual currency entry fees
- Late cancellations may forfeit entry fees
- No-shows are treated as late cancellations
4. Premium Features
For premium feature cancellations:
- Cancel before the next billing cycle
- Access continues until the end of the current period
- No partial refunds for unused time
- Automatic renewals stop immediately
5. Data Retention
After account cancellation:
- Personal data is handled as per our Privacy Policy
- Some data may be retained for legal purposes
- You can request complete data deletion
- Backup data may persist for up to 30 days
6. Reactivation
If you wish to reactivate your account:
- Reactivation possible within 30 days
- Previous username may be reserved
- Some account history may be restored
- Virtual items and currency cannot be recovered
